About Us
Founded with a partner in 1984 by Charles D. Grass, the firm was located in Snohomish County. Needing to expand and spread its wings, the firm, with Charles at the helm, moved to the Renton Highlands area, where it has been serving the Renton community in its current location since 1993. The Renton community has rewarded the firm with numerous benefits for its successful deliverance of quality, professional services.

Charles D. Grass, CPA
A graduate of Central Washington University in the spring of 1983, he joined a local accounting firm. Not one to slow down, Charles studied for both the CPA exam and the IRS Special Enrolled Agents exam that fall and obtained EA status from the IRS in 1984. He received his license as a Certified Public Accountant, got married and opened his own firm in the Renton Highlands area, all in one year, 1985.

Charles has not only established a successful, thriving business in the Renton community, he has established many personal ties to the area since his family resides in the Renton Highlands. He is an active member of the Washington Association of Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.
